EyeLine Pencil - Hearth

Eyes: Start at the outer corner of the eye and apply short dashes as you draw a line along the lash line. Use the angle of Elate's Bamboo Brow Brush or fingertip to smudge, if desired.

Brows: Using hair-like flicks, use Elate's Bamboo Brow Brush to fill in the brows to create your desired brow shape.

Mica is the name of a group of naturally occurring earth minerals. They can have an opalescent, luminous or completely matte finish. Mica
powder is simply a purified and crushed mineral. Its reflective and refractive properties make mica an ideal ingredient in makeup. It is
