Service Description
Join us for a relaxing mid-day reset starting with guided breathwork and meditation before resting in the soothing vibrations from our resident sound healer. Singing bowls, chimes, and bells help to lull you into a restorative state to get you ready for the weekend. Your $20 workshop fee can be used as a $20 discount on an in store product purchase.

Cancellation Policy
Please arrive a few minutes early to complete any intake forms required by your practitioner. RUNNING LATE? To maximize the benefits of your treatment, please arrive on time for your appointment. If your treatment is delayed because of late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest is not inconvenienced. CANCELLATION We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. Your practitioner retains the right to charge you 50% of your scheduled service if you miss your appointment.
